How to sell a property at auction

So you are thinking of selling at auction
but not sure where to start?

Hopefully, we can help here.

The first thing you can do is complete the Free Valuation Form.  One of our team will then be in touch with you to have an informal chat with you about your property and explain a little about the straightforward process.  We will then go and use our years of industry experience to research what we think is a realistic and achievable valuation of your property.  Due to the amount of information online we can do this without even visiting your property.  If you would prefer to create an appointment for us to visit you so we can chat in person, we would be happy to do so. Although this would be dependent on the location of the property.  Once we have provided you with your valuation, we would stress this would need to be underpinned by a valid Home Report. Assuming you were happy to proceed we would then arrange a suitable time to visit your property to photograph it.

Once the property has been photographed, we can then start to market it on the major portals including Right Move, Zoopla, On The Market and Boomin as well as our own website.  We are currently holding auctions every second week although this may change depending on demand.  Although the online auctions are held every second week, please bear in mind that people can bid for your property at any time.  Once an offer is in we will let you know and it is entirely up to yourself f you want to accept or not.

Once an offer is accepted, we secure a 10% deposit from the offering party.  This is transferred to your solicitor to hold until the sale completes.  We then send the legal pack to your solicitor with details of the purchaser and all conveyancing is then completed by the sellers and buyers solicitor.
